Philip Argyropoulos is a Product Manager and founder of New Site Agency, specialising in Shopify Plus, e-commerce strategy, and scalable digital solutions. He currently leads digital product at Tony’s Chocolonely.
Philip Argyropoulos is a senior digital product leader with over 10 years of experience in e-commerce, product strategy, and technical delivery across global brands. Currently serving as Product Manager for Digital & E-Commerce at Tony’s Chocolonely, he led the complex Shopify Plus migration across seven markets—improving scalability, localisation, and B2B features. His work combines deep platform knowledge with a pragmatic, data-informed approach to solving complex business challenges.
Previously, Philip held leadership roles at WeAreDigital, CabFare, and Fresh Connection, where he built and scaled e-commerce experiences, led product roadmaps, and delivered strategic marketing solutions. With experience across B2B, DTC, and omnichannel retail, his skillset includes Shopify Plus, Framer, solution architecture, and stakeholder management.
Philip is also the founder of New Site Agency, a boutique digital agency helping brands design and launch smarter online experiences. He’s passionate about building high-performing teams, simplifying tech stacks, and enabling growth through automation and thoughtful UX.
He holds a Bachelor of Communication from RMIT University and currently lives in Amsterdam.
